How It All Started.

Horsewoman. Leadership Facilitator. Founder.

For over a decade, Maeve Peoples has studied the relationship between horse and human, believing horses reveal truths about ourselves that words cannot. Drawing on principles of feel, timing, balance, and trust, she creates experiences that help people understand themselves and their impact on others.

Growing up in an abusive home, Maeve found refuge in the barn, where horses offered honesty and belonging the world didn't.

Working especially with rescues and neglected horses, she learned that earning their trust meant rebuilding her own, and discovered lessons in resilience, courage, and authentic presence along the way. She credits who she's become to those horses. They taught her that our past does not define our future, and that trust, once broken, can be rebuilt through patience, consistency, and heart.

Today, Maeve's herd includes rescued horses, a young mustang, all from difficult beginnings, each carrying a story and serving as both teacher and guide. Her work is founded on a simple truth: horses don't care about titles or achievements, they respond only to what's real. In their presence, leadership cannot be performed, it must be embodied. Through the wisdom of the horse, Maeve invites others to discover the same lessons that changed her life, how to lead with authenticity, build trust, navigate adversity, and create deeper relationships with themselves and others.
